The Basic 100-Hour Applied Certification Course is a standardized course of in-class instruction, practical work and reading that is taught by Diplomates (DIBAK) who are AK practitioners who are accredited to teach. While it is not illegal for someone who is not certified to practice professional applied kinesiology, it is certainly not safe. Doctors of Chiropractic, Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine and Doctors of Naturopathy, Dentists, Physicians and other medical professionals licensed to diagnose have the opportunity to practice AK, ideally after passing the basic 100 hours certification , or at the very least after obtaining the certificate of completion of the basic 50 hours (foundation course).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Ask if they have received their 100 hours certification or their 50 hours completion certificate. Beware if they say they took a kinesiology course in college or learned it from someone else; they might not be certified. Be aware that the use of professional applied kinesiology without proper training may result in misdiagnosis and inappropriate recommendations or treatments.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

No there aren\u2019t. The training is limited to licensed professionals because the extensive physiology knowledge required to practice only comes from formal education and each regulated body has rules for patient care.
